Delivery Times
Orders are shipped after payment has been received.
You can expect to receive the Track & Trace code within 24 hours after we process your order.
Your package will be delivered after shipment within:
– Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 2 business days
– Germany: 1 to 2 business days
– France: 2 to 3 business days
– Eastern Europe: 2 to 3 business days
DPD
All our packages are handled by DPD parcel service. DPD collects packages on weekdays after 3:00 PM. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM will be picked up the following day.
Track & Trace
Once DPD has picked up the packages, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code to follow your package.
