Order Pickup
Pickup is available during our business hours. To do this, place your order and select the pickup option. Please indicate in the comment box when you will be picking up your order so we can prepare it for you.

Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the payment method you choose. Generally, we offer 1 to 3 business days for payments via iDeal or PayPal. Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed on Monday, shipped on Monday, and delivered by DPD on Tuesday.

Returns
If you’re not satisfied with one of your products after receiving your order, you can return it within a certain period and exchange it for another product. Please note that return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. If you wish to use this service, you must email us at Service@dragoneurotrade.nl within 48 hours of receiving your package.
