Order

Ordering is easy and simple. You can find a product via a category or by using the search function. When viewing the product in detail, you can add it to your shopping cart. All the information you need about the product is available on that page.

Order Process

Below are the steps for ordering via our website after logging in:

  1. Add the item to your shopping cart. For some products, we apply a minimum order quantity, such as 2 pieces of a certain item.
  2. Once you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart (top right) and review its contents. If you’re satisfied, you can proceed.
  3. Are you a new customer with an order exceeding €300 excluding VAT and shipping? Then you qualify for a one-time welcome discount of 10%! Read the terms at the bottom under customer service.
  4. Choose a shipping method and payment option. On this page, you can also select other options and you must agree to our terms and conditions.
  5. Review your details. If everything is correct, you can finalize your order.

Requesting an Account

Before you can order from us, you need to request an account. This is only possible for businesses and can be done here.

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Each time the status of your order changes, you will receive an email notification.
