Reporting Damaged Products

If a product is damaged or not delivered to you, don’t worry! Dragon Euro Trade always strives to find the right solution. We advise you to check your order upon receipt of the package. Below are the steps you should follow.

Steps for Reporting Damaged/Undelivered Products:

1) Report damaged/undelivered products within 48 hours of receiving your package by email to service@dragoneurotrade.nl (include order number, item number, and quantity of broken, undelivered, or damaged items).

2) Send clear photos of:

– A photo of the entire package, including the shipping label (for damaged products).
– A photo of the entire item (for both incorrectly delivered and damaged products).
– A close-up photo of the specific damage to the item (for damaged products).

Please adhere to the above conditions when reporting damaged products. Without the above-mentioned details, we cannot file a claim with our parcel service, and we will be unable to assist further.

After reviewing the photos, we will contact you and take the following actions:

– Create a backorder for the damaged/undelivered products. This means the products will be sent to you with your next order.

Incorrectly Delivered Products:
If incorrect products are delivered, please provide a photo of the incorrectly delivered item for confirmation. After review, we will create a backorder for the incorrect product so that it can be delivered with your next order. If a large quantity of items has been delivered incorrectly, please return them at our expense. We can also arrange for them to be picked up by our parcel service.

Note:

– Damaged products reported more than 48 hours after receipt will not be processed! Please be prompt when reporting damaged items.

– We do not send replacement products for damaged/undelivered products! As mentioned above, after approval of the photos, we will send the products with your next order.

You may also exchange damaged products during your next visit to our showroom.

Damaged Electronics Products:
We do not provide a warranty for damaged electronics products.

Samples/Prototypes:
We do not send samples or prototypes to customers. If you are interested in a product, you are welcome to visit our showroom during weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM to explore our range. You can then view the product you are interested in at your convenience.

Prices on the Website:
The price listed for each product is per piece. To avoid misunderstandings, if it states that a minimum of 2 pieces must be purchased, this means 2 products x the listed price, unless otherwise specified.
