Payment Methods
On our website, you can pay using various payment methods: iDeal, Mister Cash, Direct eBanking, and PayPal. Card Gate, our payment provider, processes all our online payments. Cardgate, like all other banks, is regulated by the Dutch Central Bank. Therefore, you can shop and pay 100% securely via our webshop. Below is a brief description of the different payment methods:
Direct eBanking = A European payment method mainly used by German-speaking customers/banks. Your payment is immediate, and we will process your order right away.
Bank Transfer = Suitable for worldwide payments via IBAN. We usually receive the funds within 2 business days after your transfer, and we will then process your order.
iDeal = An online payment method from Dutch banks. Your payment is processed immediately, and we will handle your order on the same day.
PayPal = A global payment system via a PayPal account. You can pay with a bank account, credit card, or the balance on your PayPal account. Technically, a customer can “claim back” a payment if the agreement is not fulfilled.
Mistercash = A Belgian payment method from KBC bank. Your payment is processed instantly, and we will handle your order almost immediately.
Giropay = An online payment method from the German giro banks. Your payment is processed immediately, and we will process your order right away.
